Minority affairs minister, Najma Heptulla, while releasing the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (MDG) report on Wednesday said the four references in the report were not flattering. Jammu, July 16 (ANI): Pakistani Rangers on Wednesday resorted to unprovoked firing once again at an outpost along the international border in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, killing a jawan.
