Inadequate rainfall irks farmers in Aurangabad

Aurangabad, June 22 (ANI): Lack of rainfall in Aurangabad worried farmers, who fear drought like situation. Farmers of Marathawada region in Aurangabad have been experiencing difficult times since past three years as they have witnessed extreme drought, untimely rain and hail storm. In the current situation, farmers are upset due to inadequate rainfall. Over 300,000 affected as heavy rain in China continues

China, June 21 (ANI): Downpours swept southwest China's Guizhou state and central China's Hunan, stranding residents and disrupting traffic. Heavy rain battered Kaibao Village of Niulang Township in Guizhou and the floodwater stranded villagers in their house. Flood damaged the only road of the village, making it inaccessible to fire trucks. Heavy rains triggered landslides in central China's Hunan, forcing several local expressway sections to close.
