Baja fish in Banana leaf Ingredients Basa Fish Marinated in baja sauce & luciana sauce Vegetables (Broccoli, baby corn, mushroom, onion, zucchini, bell peppers) Salt Pepper Oil Banana leaf Method 1. Place the marinated basa fish in banana leaf & fold it in all sides. Transfer it to pan & cover it with foil & bake it in the oven. 2. Add oil to the Wok & add Vegetables (Broccoli, baby corn, mushroom, onion, zucchini, bell peppers) saute it & cook vegetables for 5 minutes, season it with salt & pepper. 3. Remove the fish from oven you will the fish was perfectly moist and tender, now we plate it. Place the fish one side of the plate & vegetable on other side. Garnish it with parsley & lemon.
