A real-life Instagram camera is set to go on sale after being backed by Polaroid. The Socialmatic is an instant camera that contains a lens, touchscreen and printer - and has been designed to look like the icon social networking site - instagram. Socialmatic is based on Android and has a front facing 14-megapixel camera and 2-megapixel back facing one to satisfy all your selfie needs. The retro camera comes with built-in Wi-Fi that will let you share your clicks instantly on social networking websites like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The display on the rear is 4.3-inches and stereo speakers are present, presumably, for video playback. The camera also houses a Zink Instant Printer in its side in order to produce instant results - like Polaroid cameras of old. Yes. it lets you print out 2×3-inch copies right then and there. So, if you’re the kind of person who loves documenting every moment of your life for social media, and craves the instant gratification of a Polaroid, the Socialmatic may be the camera for you.
