Wife of Kashmiri Separatist leader Yasin Malik flays India for human rights violations in Indian Ka

Islamabad, Feb 03 (ANI): Addressing a Kashmir Day function in a school in Islamabad on Tuesday, Mushaal Malik, wife of Kashmiri separatist leader, Yasin Malik, said Kashmir had been called a paradise on earth, but human rights violations in 'Indian-controlled Kashmir' had turned into a nightmare for the residents. Mushaal Malik blamed India for the violence in Pakistan's troubled Balochistan province. Kashmir Day, or Kashmir Solidarity Day, is celebrated in Pakistan on February 5 every year, to express Pakistan's support and unity with the people of 'Indian-controlled Kashmir' and their ongoing freedom struggle. It is an internationally-recognized day observed by people, predominantly Kashmiris, not only throughout Pakistan and Pakistani Kashmir (Azad Kashmir), but also worldwide wherever Kashmiris reside. Woman gangraped in Mumbai, three accused arrested

Mumbai, Feb 04 (ANI): A 21-year-old woman was gangraped in Mumbai, on the intervening night of Tuesday (February 03) and Wednesday (February 04), said police. All the three accused were arrested from the crime scene itself. The victim was on her way home when the culprits befriended her at the Reay Road railway station. The four boarded a local train together as the accused promised to drop her home safe. However, as they de-boarded the train at Cotton Green station, the accused threatened the victim and took her to a truck parking nearby, where they took turns to rape her. A police party which was patrolling in the area rushed to rescue the victim hearing her cries and arrested the three accused from the spot. The accused reportedly work at a goldsmith workshop, while the victim is a slum dweller. A medical examination of the victim confirmed rape. Feb 4, 2015

India-Bhutan friendship car rally kicks off in Siliguri

Siliguri, Feb 04 (ANI): The three-day long Indo-Bhutan car rally covering Himalayan ranges kicked off on Wednesday (February 04) from Siliguri town in West Bengal. The rally has been organized by Friendship Car Rally Association of India and Bhutan Friendship Association to strengthen relations between the two neighbours. The car rally, which is being held after two years gap, would cover a distance of 850 kilometers and would culminate in Bhutan's capital, Thimphu. Twenty participants from India and ten from Bhutan are taking part in this mega event. The extremely challenging route of pristine foothills and forests crisscrossed by rivers and mountain streams and high Himalayan passes of altitude of up to 13000 feet make the drive thoroughly adventurous. The glass material used for photographic lens is especially called "optical glass". It is the uniformed quality glass with optical function and high transparency. There are more than 200 variations of optical glasses designed for different optical properties such as "refractive index" and "dispersion index". Optical lens is typically produced through process of rough shearing, fine grinding, and polishing, from a lens material which is moulded to a predetermined size including the cut portion. HOYA, the top provider of optical glasses, has recently developed new optical glass material process called "NRP". NRP improves lens material shape accuracy, surface defects less than 1/3rd and the thickness variation accuracy has improved 5 times over the current company standard. It could significantly reduce the allowance of polishing lens and reduce the processing fluctuation. The raw material for optical glass varies by the type of lenses.
