SP workers halt train to protest rail fare hike

Allahabad, June 21 (ANI): Samajwadi Party (SP) workers on Saturday brought a train to halt while protesting the central government's rail fare hike. The Ganga Gomti express was brought to a halt by party workers while it was enroute to Lucknow. Rijiju addressed a news conference in New Delhi and said that the circular which is constantly being cited in media reports was issued on May 27 and was a reminder to an earlier circular issued on March 10th which said use of Hindi language should be promoted on social media.
