Aseemanand didn't accept anything, nothing but socio-political conspiracy: Lawyer

Ajmer, Feb 06 (ANI): After Aseemanand, a key accused in the 2007 Ajmer Dargah blast case is caught up in a controversy over an alleged interview wherein he accepted that the attacks were sanctioned by RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, his lawyer refuted all claims and called it a 'socio-religious conspiracy'. He said that this is a conspiracy of the NIA who is trying to conspire against Aseemanand in the case. He also questioned on how the lady journalist was allowed recording in the prison where no camera and mobile phone is allowed. The lawyer also refuted any claims of any interview at all. Feb 6, 2014

Agusta-Westland case probe: Antony admits govt has not fully succeeded in removing middlemen

Ellaborating further, Antony said that while there might have been setbacks in terms of procurement in one or two areas, action has been taken against some companies whenever there was a controversy linked to them. Delhi government to file FIR against Sheila Dikshit in CWG scam

New Delhi, Feb 06 (ANI): The Delhi government on Thursday ordered Anti Corruption bureau to file an FIR and start investigation in a scam in Commonwealth Games (CWG) purchase. At the time of CWG games, the PWD department had installed fancy lamp posts at a very high rate by ignoring the contract procedure. Due to this, the government had incurred an approximate loss of Rs.92 crore. Although the complaint did not name former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit but her name is likely to be included in the final FIR to be registered by ACB since she approved the project.
