Jammu, March 02 (ANI): The Jammu-Srinagar highway has been shut due to heavy snowfall and landslides in the Lasri, Chandrakot, Seri, Ramsu and Panthial areas of Jammu and Kashmir. The Kashmir valley had witnessed fresh snowfall on Sunday night. Visitors welcome finance minister's move to resurrect historical tombs

Hyderabad, March 02 (ANI): Visitors to historic Quli Qutb Shahi Tombs complex in Hyderabad welcomed Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's proposal for providing financial help for restoration work of the tombs. Jaitley, in his budget speech on Saturday said that heritage sites were "still deficient and needed restoration, interpretation centres and plans for benefitting communities around them" and resources for the same would be provided to the Quli Qutb Shahi Tombs and eight other heritage sites in the country. A tourist, Nafisa, said that a little help from the government could go a long way in restoring the glory of these tombs. Jaitley's announcement gains significance as Qutb Tombs along with other popular heritage sites including Charminar and Golconda Fort are vying for UNESCO World Heritage Site tag. New Delhi, March 02 (ANI): Politicos reacted on Monday after AAP senior leader Prashant Bhushan accused the party of running a "one person-centric" campaign that revolved around Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal during the Delhi elections.
