Bengaluru MG Road stalking case: Police arrests 6 accused

Bengaluru, Nov 25 (ANI): Bengaluru Police has arrested all six accused in the MG Road women stalking case on Tuesday. Bengaluru Police Commissioner MN Reddi said that the police acted on a tipoff and within 48 hours of registration of complaint by one of the five women, all accused have been arrested. He added that the individuals have confessed their crime and further investigations are going on. On Saturday, the five women, who were returning from an ice cream parlour, were harassed by a group of men on Bengaluru's MG road. As they stopped their car near an ice cream parlour some unidentified men tried to open the doors of their vehicle and left only after the women started making a noise and shouted for help. BJP used black money issue as conspiracy to cash on votes, failed all expectations: Mulayam Singh

New Delhi, Nov 25 (ANI): Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav on Tuesday slammed at the Narendra Modi led NDA government and said that the party used black money issue as a conspiracy to case on votes during the Lok Sabha polls. Yadav said that ruling BJP promised to get black money in 100 days among many other promises but failed on all expectations. He further said that at least the previous government told the amount of the black money but the BJP government failed to disclose even that. People who have foods with too many carbohydrates or sugars during the holiday season could send their blood sugar levels into a dangerously high range. People should try to eat two or three special things during the holiday season like some special dessert and avoid sampling everything. "White" carbohydrates such as pasta, bread, rice and potatoes should be avoided and substituted with whole grains, brown rice and fruits and vegetables and limit portion sizes. Foreign ministers attend SAARC meet in Nepal

Kathmandu, Nov 25 (ANI): Foreign ministers of eight South Asian nations attended the 36th South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Council of Ministers meet in Nepal on Tuesday. India's Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj was in attendance with Foreign Secretary Sujatha Singh. Foreign Secretaries of India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Maldives are setting the agenda for the summit due to be held on November 26 and 27. Swaraj on Monday (November 24) hoped the Summit would bear fruitful results and boost regional cooperation cementing ties and added it was the most important for the south Asian nations as it strengthens friendship and bolsters bilateral relations.
