Burdwan Blast: Court sends three accused to NIA custody

West Bengal, Oct 13 (ANI): A city court on Monday remanded the three accused in the Burdwan blast to NIA custody till October 22. The accused were till now in the custody of CID. The NIA had appealed for14 days' custody of the accused citing the gravity of the incident and investigation into the conspiracy angle. However, the judge granted 10 days custody, stating that the court would give further decision on extending the custody after considering the developments till October 22. The blast had taken place at Khagragarh in Burdwan district and was being probed by the state CID initially.
