Congress stages protest outside Parliament against 'NDA government's U-turn policies'

New Delhi, Dec 02 (ANI): Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi along with other party leaders staged protest outside Parliament on Tuesday over NDA government's 'U-turn' policies. Gandhi said that the party will keep protesting against the present government's policies. He alleged that the government had taken U-turns on a total of 25 issues in their 6 months of governance. Carrying the booklet that the party released on Monday over the issue, party leaders like Jyotiraditya Scindia and Veerappa Moily accompanied Gandhi in front of the Mahatma Gandhi statue outside the Parliament. Mumbai, Dec 2 (ANI): The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Tuesday decided to keep interest rates unchanged and to stay focused on containing inflation. The RBI kept the repo rate at 8 per cent at its policy review, and there was no reduction. The reason for the interest rates being unchanged was because of the less than positive economic growth that was expected during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's first six months in power.
