Watch the rescue of a brave kid dangling from a ski chairlift

A young skier was rescued from Whistler’s Peak Express chairlift on 15 February, after slipping from his seat and dangling 10m above the ground. According to an employee at the scene, Tomas Antolin Grant, the kid had bent over to grab his ski pole and managed to slip from his seat, almost falling immediately to the ground. Feb 17, 2016

Eagles of Death Metal perform their first concert since Paris attacks

The name Eagles of Death Metal was back in lights above a Paris concert hall on 16 February, for the first time since one of their concerts was targeted by Islamist gunmen in November.
