He also said that the same number of topis could not be found here, but were ordered from Lucknow and he will put that bill before the public, BJP minister from Madhya Pradesh, Kailash Vijayvargiya said that vendor himself said he didn't sell burqas to any one and someone just asked him for an estimate so he provided it to him.
