Corn flour - 1 tsp
1. In a wide saucepan, pour in the milk. Keep stirring and let it thicken.
2. Add khoa & pistachios in the milk and leave it to thicken a bit.
3. Add sugar and let it boil for about 20 minutes.
4. Then add saffron and cardamom powder.
5. Dilute 1 tsp of cornflour in a cup of water and add this to the boiling mixture.
6. Turn off the stove when you get the right pouring consistency. Let it cool.
7. Pour it into kulfi moulds and refrigerate for about 12 hours.

The decision on Irani and Aggarwal was taken at a meeting of the party's Central Election Committee in New Delhi. Meanwhile, reacting over this AAP leader Kumar Vishwas said that Amethi was already fed up of an actor Rahul Gandhi who used to come, wave hands and go, and now an actress has come to cheat people. Ramdev, who is very close to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), said the ideology of Gandhis are similar to Congress party candidate Imran Masood, who had threatened to chop BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.
