Carrot tomato chutney
Tangy tomatoes - 4
Green chilies - 5-6
Chopped carrot - half
Few cloves of Garlic
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Soaked tamarind - 1 piece
Few coriander leaves
1. In a pan, add little oil, tomatoes, green chilies. Cook them till they are mushy.
2. Add cumin seeds, salt, garlic cloves, tamarind and coriander leaves.
3. Mix it well and grind it in a mixer.
NOTE: The chutey shouldn't be too fine when you grind it.
4. Top it up with chopped carrots and mix it well
4. Garnish it with a coriander leaf on top

Tokyo, March 04 (ANI): Japan is still recovering from the March 11, 2011 earthquake and tsunami, but it is well prepared to minimize the damage during such disasters in the future.The Fire Rescue Task Force, nicknamed "Hyper Rescue" was formed after the Great-Hanshin Awaji Earthquake in 1995, when the establishment of highly advanced rescue units was considered a critical issue. They are headquartered in Adachi-ku in eastern Tokyo, and respond to emergencies at home and abroad. The team consists of 63 people, who are specially trained firefighters with advanced rescue gear. Unity is their strength, and they improve the quality of rescue operations through repeated training and discussions.Mar 4, 2014
Chandigarh, Mar 4 (ANI): The International Boxing Association (AIBA) has terminated the Indian Boxing Federation (IBF) from its fold stating that the current set of office-bearers are damaging the image, reputation and interest of the sport. Reacting to the same, IBF Secretary General Rajesh Bhandari on Tuesday said that the decision of AIBA is very unfortunate. New Delhi, Mar 4 (ANI): Ink was thrown at Sahara chairman Subrata Roy on Tuesday as he arrived at the Supreme Court on Tuesday. The man suspected to have thrown ink on Subrata Roy has been detained. After being detained the man said that he threw the ink because Roy is a thief. Roy was driven down from Lucknow to Delhi last night in a Mercedes escorted by police cars.
