Gurgaon, July 28 (ANI): Private Detectives Association of India President Kunwar Vikram Singh on Monday said that bugging at Union Minister Nitin Gadkari's residence is a serious issue. He said that Private Detective Agencies (Regulation) Bill, which is pending in Rajya Sabha should be passed in order to stop such incidents. Singh also said that the regulation of the bill will stop bugging by the foreign detective agencies in India. Bangalore, July 28 (ANI): Parents expressed concern over safety of their children as Bangalore_s Vibgyor High School reopened on Monday after it was shut due to an alleged sexual assault on a six-year-old girl that had prompted protests for several days. The girl of first grade was assaulted by the school_s skating instructor Mustafa alias Munna, who has been arrested and was working in the school since 2011. On Monday, parents of many children watched their children entering the school premises as they were still concerned about the safety of their children. A parent, Raman Kaushik, said he would wait and see how quickly school implements safety measures.
