New Delhi/ Ahmedabad/ Mumbai, Sep 16 (ANI): Political parties on Monday wished for defeat of BJP and remained optimistic about themselves as early trends of by-polls surfaced. While Congress said that public is not happy with the BJP and that Congress will come to power now. NCP's Nawab Malik also said that people are not happy and satisfied with the BJP government and is therefore showing its anguish against the ruling party. Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party remained optimistic and even confident of its win and said that the SP Chief and the government have worked tremendously for Uttar Pradesh and that people will decide in their favour. Most of the flood survivors were daily wage workers from Bihar and Jharkhand. A Kashmir flood survivor, Ram, praised the government and the army for massive relief and rescue operations.
