New Delhi, Sep 23 (ANI): Police on Tuesday barricaded several roads in the Lutyens zone and shut down Race Course metro station to prevent protesters from reaching 12 Tughlaq Road bungalow for a mahapanchayat at the venue. The protesters who were supporters of RLD Chief Ajit Singh demanded the Tughlaq Road bungalow to be converted into a memorial of former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh.
