Police water cannon used to tackle G20 protests for third night in Hamburg

Anti-G20 protests across Hamburg continued for the third night in a row. Protests on Saturday were mostly peaceful after two nights of violent clashes which saw radicals torching cars and looting shops. Police used water cannons to disperse remaining protesters who began throwing bottles and rocks. More than 200 police officers were injured during three days of clashes. Around 143 people were arrested and 122 taken into custody. Jul 9, 2017
