Man arrested for kicking woman down stairs at Berlin U-Bahn station

A man who is suspected of kicking a woman down a flight of stairs at a Berlin underground station has been arrested. Police have detained the 27-year-old. The woman tumbled down the stairs, falling face first onto the platform below – she broke her arm in the fall and had to be treated in hospital. The incident happened in late October, and video shows a young woman being followed into the Hermannstrasse stop by a group of men, one of whom kicks her in the back, causing her to tumble down the stairs. Police have released CCTV footage of the moment a man was stabbed 10 times in an unprovoked attack in east London. The father-of-two spent a week recovering from his injuries in hospital after puncturing his lung as well as suffering injuries to his chest, stomach, bowel and liver. He was stabbed after walking home from a pub on 28 October at around 9:45pm. As he walked down Pelham Avenue, he was approached from behind by the suspect, who suddenly stabbed him multiple times. A man who broke into an apartment in Tempe, Arizona and held a child has been charged with burglary and kidnapping after the child’s father woke to find Oren Aharon Cohen in his apartment holding his two-year-old daughter. Cohen claims that he was “black-out drunk” when he entered the apartment. He has said he would never hurt a child, claiming he thought the girl was a “midget”. Dec 19, 2016
