Pepper spray in LS after Shinde tables Telangana Bill

New Delhi, Feb 13 (ANI): The Parliament on Thursday was left in shock after suspended Congress MP L Rajagopal who was standing in the well of Lok Sabha, took out a bottle of pepper spray and sprayed it all around the house, leading to immediate adjournment.
