Syria: Aid convoy arrives in besieged area for first time since June

A besieged suburb of Homs received aid for the first time since June. Flour, medical items, water and sanitation material were delivered to cut-off Houla. Aid agencies in Syria called for regular access as one-off deliveries run out quickly. According to the U.N. more than half a million people live in besieged territories.
