SC refuses to stay governments decision to grant quota to Jat community

New Delhi, Apr 9 (ANI): The Supreme Court of India on Wednesday refused to put a stay on central government’s decision to include ethnic Jat community in the category of Other Backward Classes (OBC) in nine states.
