Politicos react after CBI report states girls committed suicide in Badaun gang-rape case

New Delhi/Lucknow/Hyderabad, Nov 27 (ANI): Politicos reacted on Thursday after CBI in its report stated that it has found no evidence of murder or sexual assault in its probe into the death of two teenage cousins whose bodies were found hanging from a tree in Badaun district of Uttar Pradesh and claimed that the two girls had committed suicide. BJP's UP unit President Laxmikant Bajpai said that the government should look into the reports. Congress leader Manish Tewari said that the court will look into the CBI report and give its verdict. SP leader Rajendra Chaudhary said that Opposition parties had unnecessary and without any evidence slammed the UP government for creating an unsafe environment for women. Nov 27, 2014

BJP slams SP for raising controversy on celebrating Raja Mahendra Prataps birthday

Hyderabad/ Lucknow, Nov 27 (ANI): The BJP on Thursday slammed the ruling SP government in Uttar Pradesh for raising a controversy over the celebration of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh’s birthday. BJP President in UP, Laxmikant Bajpai said that the BJP wanted to celebrate the birthday of a great freedom fighter who donated land for the development of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). He added that SP, which itself did not do so in the past, can only create controversy.
