Brazil: Man arrested after knocking out pedestrian with a rock

A 22-year-old Brazilian man was arrested on 1 April, after footage of him throwing a rock at the head of a 61-year-old man, knocking him unconscious, was passed to police, Brazilian media reported. The incident occurred on 31 March in Campo Grande, in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, according to Globo, who identified the victim as Paulo Tarso Diogo do Amara.
