President-elect Donald Trump has been awarded Time Person of the Year for 2016. Time magazine honours those that have the biggest political and/or cultural impact throughout that year. A Pakistan International Airlines plane has crashed on 7 December, possibly killing up to 47 people who were on board. PIAs ATR-42 is thought to have crashed shortly after taking off from the northern city of Chitral, heading towards Islamabad. Among those reportedly on board include Pakistani singer Junaid Jamshed and Chitral Deputy Commissioner Osama Warraich. The cause of the crash is currently unknown. Dec 7, 2016
