8 injured after passenger jet collides with utility truck at Los Angeles airport

Eight people were injured in a collision between a plane and a utility truck at LAX airport. The truck was flipped over when the Aeromexico flight crashed into it on a taxiway.Two people in the truck were seriously hurt, and six people suffered minor injuries. The right wing of the aircraft was damaged in the crash.None of the 149 passengers and crew on board were hurt. The cause of the crash is still unclear. May 21, 2017

Wikileaks Julian Assange remains wanted by UK police despite dropped rape investigation by Sweden

Even though Sweden dropped the rape investigation against Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, he isnt exactly walking free. In 2012, Assange took refuge in the Ecuadorean Embassy in London to avoid extradition to Sweden over rape allegations. By doing so, Assange violated his bail conditions set by the UK and he still has an arrest warrant out. Assange has feared Sweden or the UK would hand him over to the US to face prosecution over one of the largest classified military and diplomatic document leaks in US history. May 21, 2017
