Texan hero motorists rescue babies from overturned car in flash flood

Two children were rescued from an overturned car on a Texas highway during a torrential rainstorm. The family of Philip Ocheltree reportedly flipped their car into a flooded ditch close to Myrtle Springs on 29 April. A group of passers-by then dragged the children to safety, before helping to resuscitate them. According to a Facebook post by Ocheltree, both the children are now in a stable condition. May 2, 2017

In a video shared to the Royal Docks Facebook page, a man named as Scott, an engineering and operations manager, is seen rushing to the cats rescue, and pulling it out of the water.
