BJP set to win record number of seats: Advani

Pithoragarh, May 03 (ANI): Senior BJP leader LK Advani said he was confident of more than 272 seats for the party in the general elections, the results of which are within a fortnight from now. Advani was addressing the media after a public meeting in Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand. Holding a show of strength, Advani wooed voters during a rally in Pithoragarh where he reportedly advocated for the US styled public debate between the main competing candidates in the general election. He said that democracy would have strengthened had this system been adopted since the very first elections. May 3, 2014
