New Delhi, Dec 13 (ANI): Putting a full stop to the speculations on whether BJP will form the government in Delhi, the party’s CM Candidate Harsh Vardhan said that the party cannot form the government with plus-minus majority and will better sit in opposition. He said this after he met Lieutenant-Governor Najeeb Jung on Thursday evening regarding the issue.
