French soldiers secured one of the black boxes from the Air Algerie plane that went down in restive northern Mali with the loss of at least 116 people. Additional Superintendent of Police, Pradipta Kumar Sahani, said on Friday that Nandu Palia alias Jata alias Ranjit of Baligotha village and Ghanashyam Samad alias Makara alias Santosh surrendered.
