Batala, June 19 (ANI): Families of Indian workers kidnapped in Iraq are anxiously waiting for an early return of their loved ones as they live under constant fear after losing contact with them. Forty Indian construction workers have been kidnapped in Iraq's Mosul, which fell to Sunni insurgents last week. As tensions continue to mount in Iraq, families in Batala town of Punjab wait for news on fate of their dear ones. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 17.50 points down to stand at 7,540.70. Bharat Electronics ltd. and Max India were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 6.83% and 5.58% along with Colgate Palmolive and UPL with an increase of 3.59% and 3.20% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include United Spirits and Oil India with a decrease of 8.12% and 6.54% along with ONGC and BPCL with a decrease of 5.12% and 4.76% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 49.77 points at 15,015.57 while the banking sector is down 159.04 points at 17,264.97 and the realty sector is down 7.12 points at 1,996.28.
