Gumla / Kandhamal /Gaya / Gadchiroli, April1 10 (ANI): Braving the outlawed rebels, people in Maoist-hit areas came out and voted as third phase of general election began on Thursday. Security forces have stepped up measures to protect voters. Security personnel and police officials manned polling booths in Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar and Maharashtra. Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), also ensured smooth elections and encouraged more and more number of voters to participate in world’s biggest elections. Voters lined up outside polling booths, who were waiting for their turn, to vote eagerly. NCW questions Modi over not disclosing wife's details in earlier polls

Mumbai, April 10 (ANI): National Commission for Women ( NCW) member Nirmala Samant on Thursday asked why Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi did not disclose details about his wife in previous elections. Samant also said that it very unfortunate that the wife of Modi, who has taken up the cause of women in India, was deprived of property, maintenance and her rights. It is being reported that Modi in his poll affidavit, which he filed on Wednesday from Vadodara, has written the name of 'Jashodaben' in the column of spouse.
