Mumbai, June 20(ANI): The residents of the Campa Cola Society are worried about their future, as the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will begin its demolition today. The BMC is preparing to cut off water, electricity and gas supply to the illegal buildings While the residents are carrying out a puja before yet another face-off against the authorities, the municipal corporation has chalked out a plan for the demolition process. Obama deploys 300 military advisors to help Iraq repel ISIL insurgents

New Delhi, June 20(ANI): US President Barack Obama has decided to send 300 additional U.S. Special Operations troops to assist in Iraq's fight against advancing ISIS militants. Obama said that he is sending up to 300 US military advisers to Iraq, but made clear that he will continue to hold back more substantive support till its deemed necessary. He further said that the troops are being deployed to better assess the situation on the ground, where forces of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria have moved ever nearer to Baghdad. He added that the US will be prepared to take "targeted and precise military action" if and when the situation on the ground requires it. Pulwama, June 20 (ANI): Acting on a tip off intelligence, Indian security forces gunned down three militants in a village of Pulwama district in Jammu and Kashmir, after launching combing in the area where the insurgents were hiding. Last week, at least three people were killed and around 150 were injured during the riots between Buddhists and Muslims in one of the worst communal violence in Sri Lanka. New Delhi/ Tamil Nadu, June 20 (ANI): Executive director Greenpeace-India, Samit Aich denied media reports that the central government had served notice to it on its foreign funding. India has asked the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to tighten controls on moving funds from abroad into Greenpeace's accounts. The government has asked the RBI to obtain its permission before releasing funding from Netherlands-based Greenpeace International and the US-based Climate Works Foundation, both contributors to Greenpeace India. About 10,000 Indian nationals work in Iraq, mostly in areas unaffected by the fighting between the Islamic State of Iraq and the ISIL and the national army. About 100 Indian workers are trapped in areas overrun by ISIL. Syed Munir, who returned from Iraq, said by and large Indians were being treated well there.
