BSE closes points 105.13 up on March 27

New Delhi, March 27 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 105.13 points up to stand at 22,200.43. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 40.35 points up to stand at 6,641.75. HDIL and JPINFRATEC were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 10.16% and 6.01% along with IDFC and Motherson Sumi with an increase of 5.82% and 5.75% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include MRF and Divis Lab with a decrease of 3.28% and 3.17% along with Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. and Suzlon Energy with a decrease of 2.33% and 2.24% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 74.03 points at 13,117.89 while the banking sector is up 83.32 points at 14,391.32 and the realty sector is up 16.58 points at 1,407.15. New Delhi, March 26 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 21.64 points up to stand at 22,076.85. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty 11.65 points up to stand at 6,601.40. Ashok Leyland and Oberoi Realty were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 10.37% and 8.25% along with SAIL and Yes Bank with an increase of 6.28% and 5.97% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include Indiabulls Real Estate and Eicher Motors with a decrease of 4.72% and 4.00% along with Glenmark Pharma and Indraprastha Gas with a decrease of 3.78% and 3.43% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 130.87 points at 13,051.52 while the banking sector is up 87.14 points at 14,307.19 and the realty sector is down 5.51 points at 1,388.35. Sensex hits fresh all time high, Nifty crosses 6600

New Delhi, March 26 (ANI): Both Sensex and Nifty on Wednesday crossed their all time high. The Sensex opened higher at 22,134.71 and rose further to an all-time high of 22,172.10 before quoting at 22,154.79 showing a gain of 99.58 points from its last close. Meanwhile, Nifty crossed a high of 6600. Talking about the development, Market Analyst Akash Jindal predicted that after Diwali it may cross 25000. Jindal also said that economy is looking better with dollar below the rupee now. New Delhi, March 25 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 12.76 points down to stand at 22,042.72. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty 6.25 points up to stand at 6,589.75. Dish TV India and Ashok Leyland were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 6.24% and 5.97% along with Apollo Tyres and Container Corp with an increase of 5.87% and 5.85% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include Pipavav Defence and Indian Bank with a decrease of 3.02% and 2.88% along with Oberoi Realty and RIL with a decrease of 2.87% and 2.87% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 40.62 points at 12,929.12 while the banking sector is up 40.22 points at 14,220.05 and the realty sector is up 18.09 points at 1,394.04. BSE Sensex hits record high bank stocks lead

New Delhi/ Mumbai, March 25 (ANI): Indian stock market jumped nearly 1.5 percent to record highs surpassing their previous all-time highs hit just last week as lenders extended a recent rally boosted by strong foreign investor flows. The Nifty ended 1.36 percent higher after marking a lifetime high of 6,591.50, while the benchmark Sensex finished 1.38 percent up after touching a record high of 22,074.34, surpassing their previous milestones hit on March 18. The prospect that the upcoming elections will usher in a new government led by the BJP is also aiding the gains, given market perceptions that the party has a more business-friendly stance.
