Ramban, March 14 (ANI): Kashmir has been struggling to fight the incessant and unseasonal downpour and snowfall that have caused landslides, damaged property throwing life out of gear since last three days. The rains and landslides have caused widespread damage to the private and government property in Ramban district where several residents were forced to leave their houses and shift to safer havens. Manipur, Mar 14 (ANI): A two-month-long “Jacquard Weaving Training to Male Weavers” is being held at the Weavers’ Service Centre at Porampat in Imphal east district. The skill development programme has been organized by the Development Commissioner for Handlooms and the Ministry of Textiles in collaboration with the Commerce and Industries department, Government of Manipur. In total 137 male weavers from various districts of the state are taking part in it. Grilled Tandoori Chicken legs
Chicken legs - 1 kg
Red chilli - 6
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
A few Cardamom pods
A few Cloves
A piece of Ginger
A few cloves of Garlic
Yogurt - 3/4 cup
Lemon juice - 2
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
1. Grind the dry ingredients first Red chilli, Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon and then Ginger, Garlic, Yogurt, Lemon juice, Salt and Red chilli powder.
2. Rub it to the Chicken legs and marinate it to overnight.
3. Pre-heat the oven for about 180 degree and cook it for about 12 minutes, take it out from the oven and turn the chicken legs.
4. Turn the chicken legs for about every 12 minutes, till the chicken legs cook.
5. Wrap the chicken legs with foil and serve it.
