Bhubaneswar, Oct 15 (ANI): Heavy rain in the aftermath of Cyclone Phailin, which struck the Odisha coast over the weekend and has since dissipated, has triggered massive floods in several districts in the state. Special Relief Commissioner of Odisha, P K Mohapatra, said on Tuesday that the floods triggered by Cyclone Phailin claimed five lives while authorities made efforts to restore normalcy in marooned and flooded areas.
