Canadian University signs bilateral agreement in Shimla for academic and cultural exchange

Shimla, Nov 03 (ANI): The University of Himachal Pradesh initiated exchange programme with Canada with an aim to enhance academic, social and cultural co operation. Fraser Valley University Canada signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Himachal Pradesh in Shimla on Saturday (November 02). New Delhi, Nov 03 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Sunday said that the inefficiency of the Congress Party is known to everyone. Reacting to Congress' demand to stop opinion polls, he said that they can destroy the messenger, but not the message. The Congress Party has written to the Election Commission (EC) to restrict opinion polls ahead of the elections.
