Birbhum gangrape Victim nearly stable, says WBs women and child welfare minister

Birbhum, Jan 25 (ANI): Women and Child Welfare Minister of West Bengal, Shashi Panja, on Saturday said that the victim who was forced to be gang raped as punishment for breaking social norms, is nearly stable and recovering well. The woman was punished by the village court for having a relationship with a man from a different community, according to police.
