New Delhi, Feb 10 (ANI): Slamming Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Former IPS officer Kiran Bedi said that Kejriwal doesn’thave governance toolkit and that he isolates everyone. Bedi said that the government does not work with warning and threatening and requires a complete toolkit. She said that governance requires patience and thought and changing the system with patience and not threats.
