HC agreed to hear the FYUP case on July 1st

New Delhi, June 25 (ANI): The High Court on Wednesday agreed to hear the Four year Undergraduate Programme (FYUP) case, but deferred it to July 1st. Earlier, the Supreme Court had refused to intervene in the matter and had asked the High Court to hear the case. New Delhi, June 25 (ANI): As confusion over resignation by the Delhi University Vice Chancellor Dinesh Singh surfaced following Sangit Ragi, deputy dean for academics, denying any such reports, DUTA President Nandita Narain said that VC is acting like a terrorist and has no moral values. Narain said that the guidelines to the university colleges are not clear and that VC has completely failed to carry on his duties properly.
