Kathmandu, Nov 27 (ANI): MEA spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin on Thursday stated that India would go back very satisfied with the outcome of the SAARC summit. When asked about not having any separate dialogue with Pakistan, Akbaruddin stated that SAARC is not just about India and Pakistan, but about all the neighbours in South Asia. He reiterated that India can talk to Pakistan only if it is a meaningful dialogue. Nov 27, 2014

Kathmandu, Nov 27 (ANI): In a brief meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif shook hands and shared pleasantries during the retreat at the SAARC Summit. During the summit, Modi had two-way talks with most leaders except Nawaz Sharif. India has stated that no conversation would be held with the Pakistani leadership until Pakistan commits to a "meaningful dialogue". Meanwhile, the SAARC leaders are making the last effort at the retreat to push the Pakistani premier to ink the regional connectivity agreements. Gaya, Nov 27 (ANI): Police officials recovered four live bombs from a tourist bus in Gaya district of Bihar. The police have taken some suspects into the custody for interrogation. The bombs were recovered few kilometers away from the venue where Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi held a rally. BJP Chief Amit Shah denied permission to hold rally in Kolkata

New Delhi, Nov 27 (ANI): The feud between TMC and BJP deepened further after Kolkata municipal corporation refused BJP Chief Amit Shah the permission to hold a rally in the city. Shah was refused permission on Thursday. The party had applied as early as July for permission to hold a public meeting outside Victoria Hall, where Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee holds an annual rally every July for her party. Earlier, the city police had said that Shah's meeting would inconvenience commuters since a major traffic intersection is located at the venue. Differences between TMC and the ruling BJP has cropped up after recent developments in Saradha chit fund scam where a few TMC leaders were named and the party later alleged that Narendra Modi government is interfering in functioning of CBI against the regional party.
