Ukraine: Four dead after bus runs over land mine

Four Ukrainian civilians were killed when a minivan carrying them drove over a land mine as they waited to cross out of separatist-held territory in eastern Ukraine on 10 February, Ukraines authorities said. Ethopia: Food aid to run out without $245m from donors

Emergency food aid for 10m Ethiopians hit by the worst drought in 50 years will run out in April unless donors provide $245m (£169m) by the end of February, the charity Save the Children said. Without additional funds, there could be a potentially catastrophic escalation in severe acute malnutrition among children, it said, which means they are likely to die without therapeutic feeding.
