Kolhapur, Jan 12 (ANI): Nine toll booths in Kolhapur district of Maharashtra were ransacked on Sunday by a group of activists after a dispute over collection of toll tariff. The roads and nearby highways have also been severely vandalized, following which the protesters were detained, police confirmed. About dozen members of anti-toll action committee had launched a hunger strike six days ago, saying that they would not call it off unless the toll collection stopped.
