New Delhi, Jan 12 (ANI): Hitting out at Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde's advise for releasing 'minority youths' who are detained wrongfully, BJP Spokesperson Nirmala Sitharaman said that Shinde's advice is unconstitutional and he has no right to withdraw cases. Sitharaman said that all are equal before law and that withdrawing cases against particular community is not right and against the Constitution of India.
