She further accused the then ruling Congress Party in 1984 of abetting and participating in the riots, in which thousands of Sikhs were killed. Shimla, Jan 28 (ANI): A major fire engulfed 110-year old historic Gorton Castle building in Shimla on Tuesday, causing extensive damage. The heritage building housed the office of the Accountant General and contained important documents and government records.
