Kathua, June 16 (ANI): West Pakistani Refugees living in Jammu and Kashmir protested and demanded the newly elected PM to think of their welfare and grant them their much awaited voting rights. A number of refugees, including women, raised slogans in favour of their demands where they said that ahead of state elections, they should be given voting rights. State president of West Pakistani Refugees, Labha Ram Gandhi, alleged that the government has only been sympathetic to groups like Kashmiri Pandits but never paid heed to the long pending demands of West Pakistan refugees. Bhutan PM says India deserves permanent seat in UN Security Council

Thimpu, June 16 (ANI): Bhutan's Prime Minister called for India's inclusion in the UN Security Council as its permanent member as he thanked New Delhi on Sunday (June 15) for its 'unwavering' support and financial aid. Bhutan Prime Minster, Lyonchen Tshering Tobgay hosted a grand banquet for his Indian counterpart and said Indian PM Narendra Modi's first overseas visit to Bhutan, within a few weeks of his being sworn in as Prime Minister, indicates the new government's commitment to strengthen bilateral ties with its immediate neighbours. Supporting New Delhi contention for a permanent seat in the United Nations Security Council, Tobgay called for a reform in the council and said India rightly deserved a place. Policemen pay tribute to traffic constable who died in Moti Nagar road rage

New Delhi, June 15 (ANI): Policemen on Sunday paid tribute to late traffic constable Manna Ram who died in Moti Nagar in a road rage incident on Saturday. The traffic constable was mowed down by the accused, Raman Kant, in Moti Nagar following a heated argument, after Ram tried apprehending Kant for driving on the wrong side of the road.
