US Lawmakers seek PM Modi to address Congress, Politicos react

New Delhi, June 21 (ANI): Political leaders gave mixed reactions after two powerful American lawmakers sought a joint address to the US Congress by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. BJP leader Siddharth Nath Singh said that US recognizes the importance of India under PM Narendra Modi and therefore the move is not surprising. Meanwhile, CPI leaders D Raja and Atul Anjan said that the move is very normal as the NDA government has similar principles as that of the US.
