Congress accuses Modi government of opaque functioning

New Delhi, Aug 19 (ANI): Congress party slammed the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party over Kashmir separatist leaders talks row and said that country was absolutely in dark because of opaque functioning of the Modi government.
