Kokrajhar, Sep 28 (ANI): Four militants of a banned outfit were killed in an encounter by a joint team of police and army personnel on Sunday in Kokrajhar district of Assam. The militants killed were from National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDBF). Acting on tip-off information, militants were located in the jurisdiction of Kachugaon police station. Huge amounts of arms and ammunition including an AK-47 and round fire magazines were recovered from the militants. Palamu, Sep 28 (ANI): At least 5 people, including one woman and a child, were killed and several others injured when a bus caught fire after a high voltage electricity wire fell on it in Jharkhand on Sunday. The accident occurred in Palamu district, around 160 kilometre of state capital Ranchi, when a hanging high voltage electricity wire caressed the speeding bus, leading to fire in the bus.
