Sear fish in Tomato gravy Ingredients Sear fish Tomatoes - 7 Onion - 2 sliced Coconut oil - 2 tbsp A few Garlic cloves Cumin powder - 2 tsp Red chilli paste - 2 tsp A few Curry leaves Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Tamarind puree A few chopped Coriander leaves Salt to taste Method: 1. In a boiling water add Tomatoes and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the tomatoes from the boiling water, let it cool down and peel the skins and blend it in a blender. Tomato puree is ready now. 2. Marinate the fish in Turmeric powder & salt for about 10 minutes. 3. Take a wide sauce pan add cooking coconut oil, curry leaves and pounded garlic. After a minute add onions and saute it till it turns brown. 4. Once onion turn brown add cumin powder, red chilli paste, tomato puree, salt & cook for 10 minutes. 5. Now gently place the fish in tomato gravy, let it cook for about 7 to 8 minutes and turn the fish other side and cook for another 8 minutes. 6. Add Tamarind puree and cook for further 5 minutes. 7. Drizzle the coconut oil before turning off the stove and garnish it with few chopped coriander leaves. Badam Milk Puri Ingredients For Badam milk Almond/Badam - 10 Milk - 1 liter Sugar - 1 cup A few strands of Saffron in milk A few Cardamom pods Almond Essence - 2 drop For Puri Wheat Flour - 1 cup Ghee - 1 tbsp A little Water Oil for frying Puri Method: 1. Soak the almonds in water for an hour, remove the skin and grind it into a nice fine paste by adding a little milk. 2. Boil the milk and simmer it for a few minutes. 3. While the milk is boiling, when make a dough for a puris. In a bowl add wheat flour, sugar, ghee, little water & knead the the flour till it becomes a stiff dough. Set it aside for 15 minutes. 4. Once the milk is reduce a little add saffron in milk, cardamom powder (pound it fresh), almond/badam milk, almond essence, sugar & let it boil till it thickens. 5. Heat oil for deep frying. Make the dough into small balls and roll out round puris. Once the puris are fried, put them into a plate. 6. Once the milk is thicken turn off the stove. We can have it either hot or cold milk. Pour the Almond/badam milk over the puri while serving in a bowl or Pour the mixture into the puris, and relish the taste of these badam milk puris. New Delhi, Dec 18 (ANI): A new study has revealed yoga may help in managing and improving cardiovascular disease risk factors. The investigators found that yoga may provide the same benefits in reducing risk factors as traditional physical activities such as biking or brisk walking and the finding is significant, as individuals who cannot or prefer not to perform traditional aerobic exercise might still achieve similar benefits in cardiovascular risk reduction. The study's findings support the acceptability of yoga for patients with lower physical tolerance, such as the elderly, those with a pre-existing cardiac condition or those with musculoskeletal or joint pain.
